Over 38 years ago, Kevin and Kerry started a small, family-run HVAC company with a simple goal: provide honest, reliable air conditioning and heating services to families in Pearland, TX and the surrounding areas. Through hard work, word of mouth, and a commitment to doing things the right way, that small business steadily grew into a trusted name in the community.

Today, Master Air, Inc. is proudly operated by the second generation — Joey and Brittany — who continue to carry on the same values the company was founded on. While the tools, technology, and systems have evolved over the years, our approach has never changed: take care of people, be honest, and stand behind your work.

As a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving Pearland, Clear Lake, Webster, League City, Friendswood, Alvin, and Manvel, we understand how important it is to have a home you can rely on to stay comfortable year-round. That’s why every service we provide — from AC repair and maintenance to full HVAC system replacements — is done with the same level of care we would expect in our own homes.

What started as a small operation has grown into a go-to provider for heating and air conditioning services in the Houston area, but we’ve never lost sight of what got us here.
